A Clear Path to Certification
Step 1: Apply and Be Approved
Submit a director application. Approved applicants receive access to the introductory orientation.
Step 2: Become a Director Candidate
Candidates are assigned a certification learning path and a Corporate Trainer.
Step 3: Complete Your Training
Work through required courses, knowledge checks and practical assignments at your own pace, by your due dates.
Step 4: Trainer Review
Your trainer reviews assignments, offers coaching and recommends you when you are ready.
Step 5: Corporate Certification
Grandeur Elite Corporate grants final certification. Live-event permissions are granted separately, only by Corporate.
Training Expectations
- Complete every required course in your learning path by its due date.
- Read each lesson fully and complete its knowledge checks and assignments honestly.
- Treat Academy materials as confidential to Grandeur Elite.
Director Support
- An assigned Corporate Trainer reviews your work and provides coaching.
- Scheduled coaching sessions and live Academy trainings.
- Academy announcements and approved director resources in one place.
Annual Renewal
- Certification is renewed each year to keep standards current.
- Renewal includes continuing-education credits and any updated required courses.
- Corporate may require retraining when policies change.
